Not an early person so did not use the breakfast facilities, however my friends did and were quite satisfied. The location was lovely, the bars and restaurants in the area were fantastic.

The staff, despite having suffered a tragedy the day before, were extremely attentive and friendly and apologetic for the chaos arising from the tragedy. If I hadn't been told, I would not have known. The breakfast was lovely! I'd like to give an extra special mention to Noor who went out of his way to help us during our stay, despite not normally being based at Amstelveen. The area, although outside of Amsterdam, was lovely and quiet with public transport close by.

Hotel is 5 minute walking distance to the bus station and the Stadshart which has great open market on Fridays. Two minute walk, and you are in town with local restaurants and cozy neighborhood bars. The people who manage the hotel are very warm and welcoming. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast is good, the servers are caring and friendly.

Great location in a small town with many restaurants. Easy access to the center of Amsterdam by a direct bus. The hotel has been renovated and looks better than the pictures. Private parking, but also Ok to park on the street from 18h until 9am. Delicious breakfast, extremely friendly staff, very clean, confortable beds and pillows. Room well heated and floor heating in the bathroom. Our stay here was just perfect!
